About the Author

Welcome All!

My name is Regina Bargo.  I currently live in Girdler, Kentucky.  I am a Christian wife, mother of four, a mother-in-love to Jeremy (youth minister) and Delsie (a middle school language arts teacher) a Gigi of two precious boys, Jonah and Carson, a dog mom of a black Toy Poodle (Natalie), a white Lab (Evie Rose), a grandmother-in-love to a border collie (Izzy) and a fifth grade teacher of the most awesome students!  As it turns out, I have raised a middle school mathematics teacher (Bethany), a civil engineer (Jacob), a soon to be accountant (Isaac), and a future veterinarian (Ailee Christian)! My hardworking husband, Tim is a CPA.

My passion, for as long as I can remember, has been creative, thought provoking writing.  In fact, I published a book, to inspire my students to be writers also. The book is entitled, Jonas Wept.  It describes how the tragedy of September 11, 2001 affected so many people.  In addition, it helps children understand more about the reality of death and how to cope.  Furthermore, I have published poetry and created church Easter and Christmas Plays. I have written church songs that have been combined with music.  Finally, I wrote humorous articles that contained kindergarten antics for the Barbourville Mountain Advocate for over two years.

The title of this blog came about because my life is, as many other Christians, often times total chaos!  Yet, I have learned to overcome most of the chaos through laughter and prayer…lots of prayer! I believe that if a Christian isn’t experiencing some kind of chaos, they probably aren’t doing very much for Christ!

It is my desire that my writing will relieve you, inspire you, cause you to think, and of course make you chuckle!  Please feel free to comment on my blog and keep in touch!
